a. User-Provided Content
Photos/Videos: When you use face-swapping or generation features, we temporarily process images or videos you upload or capture via your device’s camera. You must grant camera/photo library access to use these features.
Face Data: For face-swapping functionalities, we analyze facial features (e.g., contours, landmarks) to generate content. This data is not biometric and is not used for identification. Face data is processed locally or on secure servers and deleted immediately after processing.
b. Usage and Technical Data
We automatically collect:
Device information (e.g., model, OS, IP address, unique identifiers).
Usage patterns (e.g., session duration, features used).
Diagnostic data (e.g., crashes, performance metrics) via tools like Firebase and Sentry.
c. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., pixels) for authentication and analytics. Third-party services like Google Analytics and Facebook App Events help us analyze traffic and improve user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information
Face Data: Solely to enable face-swapping/generation features. No face data is stored long-term or used for recognition, profiling, or third-party sharing：

Sinmuse does not collect, store, or retain Face Data. When you upload images/videos for processing, Face Data (e.g., facial landmarks) is analyzed exclusively in real time on your device or secure servers. Generated results are not stored by us; users must manually save outputs to their device. All temporary data is automatically erased upon app closure or task completion.

-Purpose of Face Data Use
Face Data is processed solely to execute requested features (e.g., face swapping, stylization). No Face Data is retained post-processing, ensuring no risk of reuse, profiling, or identification.

-Sharing of Face Data
We do not share Face Data with third parties, including advertisers or analytics providers. Since Face Data is never stored, unauthorized access or transfer is inherently prevented.

- Retention Period
Face Data exists only transiently:

On-device processing: Data remains local and is deleted immediately.

Server processing: Temporarily uploaded to secure servers (e.g., AWS) for computation and permanently erased within seconds after task completion.
Users retain full control: Generated content persists only if manually saved to their device.


Other Data: To:
Deliver, personalize, and improve Services.
Troubleshoot technical issues.
Analyze trends and monitor security.
Serve non-personalized or contextual ads via partners like Google AdMob and AppLovin.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We share data only as necessary:
